Clinical Interests:

I work with individuals ages 18 and older. I have been on the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team for 3 1/2 years. My interests include working with individuals with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, women's issues, life transition issues, loss and grief, and relational difficulties . If you desire, your faith may be part of your journey in the therapeutic setting.

Clinical Approach:

I believe I have an eclectic approach to therapy using DBT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-centered, Adlerian, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a vital part of one's journey to healing.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am married and have 3 young adult children. Some of my favorite activities are baking, decorating, piano, playing indoor and outdoor games, and going to the gym.
