More About Linda Olson

Clinical Interests:

My interests include helping adults who are struggling with interpersonal and relationship issues, emotion dysregulation, and life circumstances that cause extreme stress and unhappiness.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach is to meet each client where they are, to seek to understand their needs and wants in coming to therapy, and to utilize modalities suited to their goals. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informs a portion of my work with clients. I highly value the balance of DBT’s philosophy and skills with my own insight, therapeutic intuition and perspective.

Hobbies:

I value spending time with my family, walking, reading, and learning. I also enjoy being creative which for me usually involves sewing/quilting, needlework of almost any kind, and gardening.
