Clinical Interests:

My interest include providing services to children 10 and older, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, history of abuse, co-occurring disorders, family issues, eating disorders, self-esteem struggles, LGBTQ and gender dysphoria, substance use disorders, grief, and other difficult transitions in life. I also enjoy working to help bring families closer together through family therapy.

Clinical Approach:

I enjoy using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe in focusing on the individual's strengths and helping patients find what works best for them. I like to instill hope for their future.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children. I love watching my children's sporting events and cheering them on like the proud mama I am! I enjoy traveling to anywhere warm, going on girls weekends with my friends, camping with my family, riding my motorcycle, sitting in the sunshine, drinking coffee, going on walks, and taking naps! I am an animal lover and would rescue every animal (except snakes) if I could! I belong to 2 dogs, 1 cat and 4 fish.
