Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include oppositional defiance, autism, PTSD, intermittent explosive disorder, and other coexisting diagnoses.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize a combination of play therapy/ role-play to become familiar with my client's needs. When they are confident in themselves and me, as their mental health practitioner, clients obtain their highest level of psychosocial functioning.
Hobbies:
In my personal time I love camping, hiking, listening to live music, traveling, and spending time with my husband, three dog, and one kitty. I am originally from Texas and enjoy the amazing weather in and around Duluth. I love camping and get out into nature as often as possible. I also love to power lift and get to the gym regularly.
