Clinical Interests:
I work with adults experiencing a variety of barriers to their optimal mental health. I enjoy helping individuals recognize and navigate barriers to their overall wellness. Areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, attachment issues, trauma, life transitions, family conflict and animal assisted therapy.
Clinical Approach:
I use emotional and behavioral regulation interventions to help individuals manage their mental health symptoms. I also use goal setting strategies to help individuals based on their own needs and abilities. I am also interested in animal assisted therapy and hope to incorporate animal assisted healing in the future.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family & dogs. I also love reading and watching a good movie!
