My primary framework is family systems theory which sees the family unit as a conglomeration of interrelated and interdependent parts. For children to make and sustain changes, it requires the whole family system to adjust and support these changes. I also utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and more traditional supportive psychotherapy approaches.
Spending time with my wife and children, bicycling, walking, gardening and yard work, Scouts, watching sports, and being with friends and family.
