Clinical Interests:
I specialize in DBT, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD or trauma work.
Clinical Approach:
My approach is to create hope, acceptance and change in one's life. I do this through creating understanding of why people do what they do in a nonjudgmental way and look to change those difficult habits. My goal is for individuals to create or continue a life worth living.
I'm a huge baseball, hockey and golf fan. I do what I can to either watch or play each of those sports. I love being outdoors and spending time with my family. I also enjoy reading, board games and hanging out with friends.
