Outpatient Mental Health Professional
I work with children, adolescents, and adults with multiple mental health concerns including, but not limited to: trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, stress management, self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, and thought disorders. I enjoy providing individual and family therapy. I have experience in crisis intervention, and I am TF-CBT trained clinician.
I change my approach depending on each client's needs, interests, and goals for treatment. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I have found these modalities useful in supporting clients in creating a greater sense of understanding and acceptance of themselves.
I love hiking, kayaking, biking, listening to music, reading, and spending time with my loved ones and fur babies. I also enjoy furthering my education with CEUs, and I consider myself a lifelong learner.
