My clinical approach is eclectic and holistic. My approach is not a one-size-fits-all. I meet the client where they are at, and try to empower them to make the changes they desire for their life by helping them draw a road map that is tailored for their needs. I am honored to being doing this work and to be able to make a small difference in someone's life. Each client is unique and their story is important to me as we work together on their goals. I think of myself as a person-centered, humanistic practitioner, with the ability to use several approaches in my work, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness.
I love being outdoors and try to take advantage of all that Minnesota has to offer. Some interests include camping, hiking, geocaching, and cross-country skiing.
