I am experienced in working with emotional/behavioral disorders, attachment disorders, anger management, family conflicts, blended families, parenting issues, school issues, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. My counseling style reflects a creative, strength-based and client-centered approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral strategies. I also include a variety of other approaches, including mindfulness techniques and humor where appropriate. My goal is to offer support/validation, and meet you where you're at on your mental wellness journey to help improve the quality of your life.
