Clinical Interests:

My professional experience has primarily been in chemical health. I have spent my experience working with adults in prison, inpatient, and medical settings. While working in these settings, I had the opportunity to work with a diverse population.

Clinical Approach:

Throughout my clinical experience, I have primarily used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Each client will receive an individual approach varying on the stage of change they are in.

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and swimming. I love to cook and read.
