What can I expect during the appointment?
You will participate in the appointment on location at one of our offices. The appointment is held in a private office over a monitor in real time. You and the provider will be the only ones participating in the appointment.

You will be able to schedule an appointment for medication management much earlier if you choose to meet with your provider via Telepsychiatry.
Is the appointment secure and confidential?
Yes. It is run over the same network that secures all of our patient information. The appointment is not recorded.
Will my insurance cover this service?
Yes. Contacting your insurance for any service rendered is always recommended regardless of the service type.
How do I receive my medications if my provider isn’t on site?
The prescriptions will be sent electronically to your pharmacy of choice. If sending them electronically is not an option, your prescriptions will be printed by the provider and handed to you by our office staff.
How do I communicate with my provider if they are not in the office?
You will be able to contact our Support Staff and they will send your message to the provider. The preferred method of contact is online through our patient portal.
