Announcing Our Q4 2024 HOPE Hero Logan Trom!

We’re thrilled to announce that Logan Trom, Administrative Site Lead (Baxter), is our HOPE Hero for Q4 of 2024

Logan received the award during the Baxter Staff Meeting on April 17. Presenting the award were Jean Ysbrand, Chief Human Resources Officer; Annie Pope, Vice President – Clinical Operations (MN/ND); Lisa Thistle, Director – Clinical Operations; and Maria Krook, Director – Administrative Operations.

Our HOPE Hero Award recognizes individuals who live out our HOPE Values: Humility, Optimism, Person-Centered care, and Ethical Practice. Logan’s colleagues shared many reasons why she is so deserving of this recognition:

  • “Logan is always willing to lend a helping hand and has the ability to bring optimism and positivity to our team. She creates an atmosphere where everyone feels valued and uplifted.”
  • “She fosters an environment of trust and respect, making it easy for both colleagues and clients to engage openly.”
  • “Her contributions are invaluable, and she plays a crucial role in the success we experience at the Baxter location.”

At the meeting a fellow employee shared “when the HOPE Hero award was first introduced I read it and thought – this is Logan.”

Logan has been with Nystrom & Associates for over 8 years and continues to be an incredible resource for the Baxter community and our broader team.

During the presentation, Logan shared:
"I left the company for a period of time and came back because of this team [Baxter] - it is because of this team and the things we do that brought me back.”

Thank you to the HOPE Squad for reviewing the nominations and presenting the finalists to the Executive Team for voting.

Please join us in congratulating Logan—our Q4 HOPE Hero
