I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds with a variety of mental health issues and dual diagnosis.
I use a person centered approach that has the understanding that the client is the expert of their life. I use different grounding, and mindfulness techniques as well as reframing techniques. Cognitive behavioral therapy is the main approach that I use in therapy.
I enjoy going to movies, playing and watching sports like baseball, football, and basketball.
