I enjoy working with adults to help make a difference in their lives. Enjoy helping others accomplish a better quality of health. Mental health Is often hidden beneath things and not well talked about. Aging is a part of everyday life, working together we can make the struggles a bit easier.

I'm willing to meet you wherever you are at. We all have busy schedules, best part is I'll be there with you. Creating a plan with you that fits your lifestyle. Break down big steps into little steps and celebrate each accomplishment you make along the way. Big or small all will be celebrated. In my experiences I see my clients as a person first before their diagnosis.
Hobbies:
I have 3 cats, and a dog. I enjoy getting outdoors and finding the joy in life. Chasing sunrises to sunsets. I enjoy getting together with family and friends. I enjoy watching all the Chicago series on TV. Enjoy a nice camp fire and kayaking during summer and fishing.
