Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests involve a variety of mental health concerns and diagnoses primarily among young adults. Some of these interests include ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment and life transitions, student/academic concerns, self-identity, and self-esteem.

Hobbies:

Some of my favorite things to do are being outdoors, walking and biking, and exploring the twin cities. I’m a huge sports fan (football, basketball, soccer, you name it), and I enjoy playing sports with friends, especially golf, and watching them too (go cyclones!). I also love a good TV show, if it’s in the mystery, drama, or historical documentary genre, I will most likely be watching it.
