Clinical Interests:

My clinical experience is with individuals from different backgrounds, ethnicities and nationalities (ages 11 and above) who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, student struggles, family dynamic difficulties, self-harm, and suicidal tendencies. I have past experience working with Spanish speaking individuals. I am interested in working with individuals who are struggling with emotional dysregulation, self-esteem difficulties, anger management, and relationship difficulties.

Clinical Approach:

I focus on using a strengths-based perspective, client-centered, trauma-informed care and a culturally responsive/multicultural approach.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and 2 dogs! During my free time I love trying out new coffeeshops, traveling, watching reality tv and exercising.
