Clinical Interests:
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you, wherever you may be on your healing journey. My clinical interests include: trauma recovery, women's issues, energy healing, adoption, depression, anxiety disorders, addiction, ADHD, grief/loss, historical trauma, spirituality, culturally responsive therapy.
Clinical Approach:
I use a holistic, person-centered approach in my work. Knowing that we all have unique histories and needs, I adapt my style to best meet your needs. I have specific training in the following approaches: EMDR (certified), Internal Family Systems, DBT, Energy Healing (Reiki, EFT), Crisis Assessment/Support, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am able to work with individuals 12 years and older and provide therapy in Spanish if requested.
Hobbies:
Some of my interests include: getting a good laugh in, spending time with my family and Pitbull-Boxer, being near the water, listening to live music and dancing.
