Clinical Approach:

I provide individual, family, and couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults (ages 5 and older), with a variety of mental health issues/disorders. I also provide chemical dependency assessments for adults. I utilize the following therapies: Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused Brief, Multicultural, Existential, Marital & Biofeedback. In my free time I enjoy exercising (running, skiing, lifting), singing, playing mind games (ex Sudoku, crypto quip), creating and appreciating art, piano, reading, watching Neflix/listening to a Podcast & spending time with family or friends. I’m active in my church choir and enjoy participating in new events in the community (ex attending Powwows, learning Gamelan music, going to cultural events).
