Clinical Interests:
My primary clinical interests are, but are not limited to, all aspects of grief, end-of-life, medically-complex trauma, oncology, depression, anxiety, couples, and general trauma. I work primarily with adults 18 and older.
Clinical Approach:
I take a strengths-based and humanist approach to therapy. You are the expert in your life and experiences. My job is to walk alongside you to help process your emotions in a healthy and holistic way. I am an LGBTQ+ ally.
Hobbies:
I enjoy reading a good book in a coffee shop, yoga, gardening, board games, trying new cooking recipes, and spending time with the people that I love. I am always up to hear a good pun or to talk about Harry Potter!
