Clinical Interests:
I work with teens 16+ and adults who experience anxiety, depression, and major life adjustments. I also have a special interest working with individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD,) or grief.
Clinical Approach:
I believe connection and relationship are cornerstones of successful therapy. I support an environment of warmth and openness because growth happens at the speed of trust. We will work collaboratively to identify and address your needs and desires. I seek to empower clients through validation, skill building, and values exploration. During therapy, I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing.
Hobbies:
My favorite hobby is spending time with my family. I enjoy going for walks, putting together jigsaw puzzles, reading, and playing board games with my kids.
