More About Amber Sellin

Clinical Interests:

My clinical interest is in working with adult clients. I provide therapy to individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem issues and other mental health disorders. I am very interested in trauma work and am trained in prolonged exposure therapy. I am trained in DBT and am on the Otsego DBT team, running group. Another clinical passion of mine is animal therapy, specifically equine assisted therapy.

Hobbies:

Music, theater, cinema and traveling are some of my big passions. I also enjoy reading, crafting, hiking and just relaxing at home with my favorite movies/shows, pets and spending time with my husband, and daughter.
