Clinical Interests:
My main interests lie in grief and loss counseling as well as divorce care and recovery. I also have interest in conflict in the workplace, relationship loss, conflict, and attachment concerns. Another area of interest is caregiver compassion and self care. I also have interest in attachment and values work to support individuals live their best selves and have healthy relationships.
Clinical Approach:
My approach to counseling and therapy is to foster authentic relationships in order for people to fee safe and comfortable. I use a strengths based, solution focused, motivational interviewing style. I like to help others explore their values and what is most important to them. I will walk along side people on their journey focusing on values, choices, and a little bit of humor!
Hobbies:
My hobbies are reading, playing with my pets (Charlie and Frankie), listening to music, watching documentaries, having coffee with friends, running, and keeping up with my physical health. I love comedy movies and shows and like to incorporate humor in my sessions!
