Clinical Interests:
I work with individuals in the areas of grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress management.
Clinical Approach:
We all have our own story, so I work on meeting the client where they are at. In my practice I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing techniques, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy and humor. I focus on helping the client gain insight and work towards positive behavioral changes.
Hobbies:
In my free time I like to spend time with family and friends, golf, read, write, spend time in nature, and travel.
