Clinical Interests:

General outpatient mental health concerns (i.e., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, relationships, etc.), trauma-informed care, stage of life transitions, the role of spirituality in the healing process, Somatic experiencing, self-love, play therapy, meditation and mindfulness practices

Clinical Approach:

I feel honored to support individuals while navigating life challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and guides individuals to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms and increase personal strengths to create more meaningful life experiences and relationships. I work from a collaborative, strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives.

Hobbies:

Spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, paddling, nature-based healing retreats, live music, meditating, spiritual exploration, earth and energy medicine practices, traveling, reading, writing, and learning to garden.
