I work with adults to reduce the impact of mental illness on their lives in the ARMHS program.
Clinical Approach:
I think it is important to come aside people where they are at and to empower them using a variety of approaches including: Person Centered, Strengths Based, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based techniques.
Hobbies:
I enjoy board games, jigsaw puzzles, knitting, hiking/camping, thrift shopping and spending time with my family, friends, and two cats.
