Clinical Approach:

Mindfulness is an integral part of all approaches that I use. I have discovered that Mindfulness is also part of approaches I use such as EMDR and attachment work with adults. I also provided mindfulness therapy groups. I have found that patients who attend group for some time have greater ease in progressing in therapy and meeting their therapy goals. It is truly brain changing work.

Hobbies:

I am a mother of 4 having 2 girls and 2 boys. I enjoy a painting using water colors and more recently acrylics. In addition I enjoy a biking, yoga and evening walks with my husband and our Labradoodle Indie. In addition I truly enjoy our family holiday/vacation trips. Door County has been one of our favorite places to visit.
