Clinical Interests:

Family systems, CBT, Running groups, In December 2019, I will be completing an autism certification program through UND. I also provide animal-assisted therapy with my dog, Max.

Clinical Approach:

I tend to have an integrated approach with CBT and family systems as my foundation. Building off that, I often take a behavioral approach and try to understand the underlying motivation for the behavior. Lastly I gravitate toward a person centered approach.

Hobbies:

Spending time with family and my dog. scrapbooking, video gaming, reading.
