Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, families, couples, and elders. I also enjoy working with people that have personality disorder diagnoses, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, pain, and grief and loss.

Clinical Approach:

I use a combination of Adlerian, CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches.

Hobbies:

I love spending time with my husband and children and going on new adventures! We love to travel. I enjoy snowboarding, ice skating, snow tubing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and other outdoor activities. In the summer, I enjoy swimming, gardening, kayaking, campfires, hiking, and just being outside!
