My primary interests include anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), bi-polar disorder
Clinical Approach:
My approach is working on building skills to help improve mental, emotional, and physical well being. Working on life goals (list making, organization, budgeting), communication/social skills, making/keeping/attending appointments are just a few life skills I like to work on. I also like to share my knowledge about the benefits of using essential oils, especially for aromatherapy.
Hobbies:
I am passionate about learning/using/teaching other about the benefits of essential oils. I like to be out doors (camping, fishing, hunting), reading, playing cards, puzzles, movies, cooking and baking. I love spending time with my family, and friends. I love to laugh, and make others laugh as well. The best medicine for a rough day is laughter.
