Clinical Interests:
Outpatient-open to all. However, would lean more towards adults. Have high interest in working men/fathers with depression and anxiety. Would also be interested in working with adults ADHD, career aspects, and open for anything and everything. Would also be interested in working with athletes.
Clinical Approach:
Foundational person centered and mindfulness. I also resonate well with ACT and MCBT.
Hobbies:
I love sports, I enjoy wood working, love hiking (especially out west in the mountains), and things family time.
