Clinical Approach:

Clients can expect Bree to be genuine and show up as her authentic self, because she values true human connection with clients. It is from this warm and validating place that you can leave your comfort zone and make changes in your life.

Bree helps clients reduce emotional distress, manage difficult relationships, and begin thriving, not just surviving. Whether you are looking to become your best self or survive until the next day, Bree will meet you where you are at. Her philosophy is that no one is “untreatable,” and everyone can benefit from therapy, so she is here to support you in good times and bad.

Bree believes in providing you with the skills you need to change your own life and empowering you to use them. As she puts it:

“If you have fallen into a deep pit of distress, no one can climb out for you. That doesn’t mean you are doing it alone. I’m here to toss you a rope, teach you to climb, and cheer you on from the top so you don’t lose sight of the sun shining in.”

Hobbies:

Bree is an animal, music, and art lover. At any given time she can be found picking up a new crafty hobby. She loves spending her time taking walks in the park, eating delicious food, and snuggling up with a good book. Bree is someone who believes in incorporating these passions into her work, so please let her know if you have an interest in trying some artistically expressive approaches. Afterall, play therapy isn’t just for kids! If you see Bree virtually while she works from her home office, don’t forget to say hello to her dog, Zena, and two cats, Caesar and Lili, as they will certainly make an appearance.
