Clinical Interests:

I have experience working with all ages and specialize in adolescents. I have worked with a variety of mood, personality, and behavioral disorders including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, DMDD, and others. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused, motivational interviewing, trauma focused therapy, and others.

Clinical Approach:

I believe that therapy can be a pathway for growth and healing. I strive to create an opportunity for clients to explore their own thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, the Iowa Hawkeyes and of course my cats!
