Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with the population of 12 and up. My interest areas are grief, trauma, substance use, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, and couples.

Clinical Approach:

I use a eclectic therapy approach. Combining different models such as CBT, Parts Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and more.

Hobbies:

I love the outdoors and spending time with my family. We enjoy experiencing athletic adventures that nature provides such as hiking, snowboarding and much more. We also like to have fun in the city with what it has to offer.
