Clinical Interests:
I am interested in working with all ages and populations, but I am especially interested in working with young and middle-age adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and bi-polar.
Clinical Approach:
I believe in utilizing person-centered and strength-based practices to approach treatment based on each individual's aspirations. Treatment approaches that I frequently utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, powerful questions, and motivational interviewing.
Hobbies:
I am a homebody and enjoy spending time at home with my husband and our 4 cats. I also enjoy traveling from time to time, being outside during the summer, playing piano, spending time with friends, eating good food, and watching documentaries.
