More About Bryzena Santos

Clinical Interests:

Bryzena received her BA in Psychology and MS in Educational Psychology with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has experience providing psychotherapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar and adjustment disorders.

Clinical Approach:

I provide individual psychotherapy for adults with a wide range of presenting concerns. Through the utilization of therapeutic modalities that include CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices, I strive to provide a safe space to support clients toward achieving their recovery goals in a way that is both sustainable and reflective of their worldview.

Hobbies:

I enjoy getting outside either alone or with loved ones hiking, jogging, or simply taking it all in. When not with family or friends, I tend to spend most of my down time doing solitary activities such as painting, sketching, watching “Let’s Plays”, stand up comedy, and getting lost in a good book, show or movie.
