I work with adults in an intensive outpatient setting who are seeking recovery from substance use disorders.

Using a person centered approach, my goal is to facilitate and encourage positive change in the lives of those I serve through the use of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills.
Hobbies:
