Clinical Interests:

I work with adults focusing on anxiety, depression, bipolar, adjustment issues, guilt and shame, grief and loss, stress management, and crisis management.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize several different approaches to meet the client where they're at and help them reach their potential and improve their overall well-being. These approaches include person-centered, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and informed dialectical behavior therapy skills. My goal is to help client's become empowered, develop hope, and make progress to improve and maintain a positive quality of life.

Hobbies:

I enjoy sports, playing fantasy football, working out, walking, hiking, traveling, watching movies, gaming, and spending time with family, friends, and my fur babies.
