I am interested in working with adults and supporting them in learning/maintaining how to successfully thrive in any area of life.

Hobbies:

I enjoy playing sports, especially volleyball, and being outdoors to hike, canoe, ski, and/or fish. I find fun in trying out new hobbies, new food, and when I’d like to stay in I binge-watch Netflix. I love spending time with my family and friends, and find happiness in time spent with them.
