Clinical Interests:

I love watching my clients grow and become empowered by the work they are doing on themselves. I am on this journey with you as we utilize a technique or an approach that is individualized to you. I enjoy working with ages 13+ whether you are navigating through depression, stress, anxiety, suicidal ideations or you just need a safe space.

Clinical Approach:

I feel that each individual deserves to have individualized treatment. I like to build a rapport and get to know you through MI techniques, narrative therapy, gestalt techniques, client centered and a varied CBT and DBT therapies.

Hobbies:

I love to learn and read a lot! I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and husband. I am a people person so I enjoy being with friends whether its drinking coffee at the local coffee shop or volunteering with our local NAMI chapter.
