Clinical Interests:

I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, personality disorders, attachment concerns, and trauma related disorders. My ideal client would be between the ages of 14-40.

Clinical Approach:

In my practices, I utilize CBT and DBT, and am always wanting to meet the client where they are at. My approach derives from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on what the clients enjoy, are good at, and/or excel at. My practice is person-centered and client-led.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my many pets, reading, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy baking and trying new things!
