More About Cayla Halloran
Clinical Interests:
Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Relationship Issues, PTSD & Trauma, Spirituality & Religion, and College Issues.
Clinical Approach:
I take an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and psychodynamic principles. I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness. I consider it an honor to sit with clients in both the joys and the hardships of life. My work emphasizes emotional insight and slowing down in a fast-paced world, helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a space where clients not only feel supported but also challenged—equipping them with the tools they need to move forward with confidence and clarity.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I enjoy listening to chill music, spending quality time with my cavapoo, and connecting with family and friends. I also love being outdoors—especially anywhere near the water, where I can relax and recharge.
