My clinical approach focuses on working alongside patients to develop a life they want to live. I want to assist patients in developing the confidence to overcome their barriers/obstacles. I enjoy helping patients identify their strengths as a means to create positive changes. My therapeutic orientation aligns with person centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches.

Theodore and I are a therapy dog team, he is certified through Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
