More About Chris Brendemuhl

Clinical Interests:

Currently I work with children who have experienced anxiety, depression, AD/HD, behavioral issues, foster care situations, as well as other life transitions. I also work with adults and couples who suffer from grief and loss, depression, anxiety, marital issues, etc.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach caters to what works best with each client(s). I practice therapy “in the moment,” experientially with a mixture of CBT, strengths-based, narrative therapy, solution focused, as well as collaborative therapy. As a family systems therapist, I recognize that people are affected by others and events around them.

Hobbies:

I enjoy the practice of self keeping, these are just a few activities that I enjoy in my free time:Training my Bullmastiff
Enjoying nature walks
Video games
Reading
and spending time with family and friends.
