I provide a holistic approach in the treatment of mental health conditions. Holistic approaches to mental health disorders involve treating entire system, physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. We will work as a team to implement healthy physical and mental habits in combination with medication to alleviate symptoms and obtain overall wellness.
