More About Christoffer Lowenhielm

Clinical Interests:

Christoffer’s path to counseling began very young through his personal experience with loss of life, which lead him on the path to helping others. He understands that missing our loved ones and being depressed is a normal process, however the key to grieving is to find a way to form a new relationship with the one we lost. In addition, Christoffer has experience as a collegiate ice hockey player and understands the delicate balance of being a student-athlete, including the pressures and responsibilities that comes along with it. He can provide services to assist teenagers and young adults maintain the balance between academics and sports performance, including public speaking, presentation and test anxiety.

Hobbies:

In Christoffer’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, working on home projects, and mentoring youth athletes.
