More About Colin Cooper

Clinical Interests:

  • depression and anxiety
  • trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder
  • relationship challenges
  • life changes, events and general difficulties

Clinical Approach:

As a therapist I view all my clients as one-of-a-kind protagonists in their own lives. I collaborate with my clients to create a therapy that is unique to them. I firmly believe therapy can help anyone, no matter how seemingly large or small our struggles may feel. We don’t have to do it all alone. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and person-centered, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy and existential schools of thought.

I enjoy books and movies, writing, and time spent outdoors or camping. I am extremely passionate about anything Lego, animals, and science fiction/horror.
