My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused to empower you in your healing journey. I provide a safe place for you to process your challenges through empathy and understanding. The treatment modalities I use include cognitive behavioral therapy and a family systems approach to counseling. I work with ages 5 to seniors with a wide range of ethnic, cultural, sexual/gender orientation and spiritual/religious backgrounds.
Biking, swimming, going to the lake and spending time with my friends, family and grandkids.
