Clinical Interests:
I have experience working with a wide variety of populations including adults, children, families, and drug and alcohol addicts. I have provided therapy to an array of mental health diagnoses such as major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. My clinical interests involve individuals in the adult population and my specialty is with young adults.
Clinical Approach:
I use a broad approach when working with clients. In general, I take a cognitive behavioral approach to diagnose the issue at hand and then proceed with a solution-focused approach to help work through the problem.
Hobbies:
As a former student athlete, I am a sports enthusiast. I enjoy playing board games as well as playing golf. I love listening to and playing music and go to numerous concerts on a yearly basis.
