Clinical Interests:

I work primarily with adults 25+ on issues surrounding Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive thinking, Grief and Loss, Adjustments and Life Transitions, and Trauma.

Clinical Approach:

My primary therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). ACT is a third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy that incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, values, and committed action. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership and working as team to help clients build a better life for themselves.

Hobbies:

My interests include cooking, martial arts, and travel.
